I organize outdoor sporting tours for a reconnection with nature and to discover the regional heritage. Take a break and visit the region of Bordeaux in a new way : walks, and stretching-relaxation classes at the Château, or on the banks of rivers. Then, you could do a guided tour of the touristic site. Walking  and relaxing break including one stretch class. Three hours including a guided tour of the place of your choice.  From 12 years old.

This tour is ideal if you need a moment of relaxation. You will discover the natural and historical heritage of the Gironde. You will appreciate the landscapes of the Bordeaux vineyards, the banks of the Isle or the Dordogne rivers.

 

After this one-hour walk (about 1.8mi), you can enjoy a stretch class, still in the nature. This gentle method based on movements of relaxation and breathing will provide you with well-being and serenity.

After this one-hour course, this tour will end with a guided tour of the touristic site of your choice.

The children will be under the responsibility of the parents.

Serenity 3 hours

Well-being break with a stretch class of 1 hour including a guided tour of 1 hour of the site of your choice. From 12 years old.

 

This break Serenity is ideal if you need a moment of relaxation: we evacuate the tensions, the stress. This soft method based on movements of softening and breath will get for you well-being and serenity. You will appreciate the nature on the banks of river Isle or parks of three Châteaux.

After this course of one hour, the break will end by the guided tour of one hour of the place of interest of your choice between : the Mill of the dam of Porchères, the Château of Grand Puch, the Château Gaby and the Château of Mill Pey-Labrie. If you choose a Château you will take advantage of a tasting of 2 wines.

The children will be under the responsibility of the parents.

Serenity 2 hours

       Château Coutet, Saint Emilion

Château Coutet is located in Saint-Emilion, 15 minutes from Libourne and 45 minutes from Bordeaux.

 

This beautiful property has belonged to the same family for more than 400 years: Alain and Xavier David Beaulieu run the estate in the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru appellation (Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec). In organic farming (certification in 2012) Harvesting is done manually and part of the vineyard is worked on the draft horse.

 

On the lower part, is the castle overlooking a beautiful park. There is also a charming chapel. And on the plateau we discover a magnificent view several tens of kilometers around. In addition we distinguish the village of Saint-Emilion only 800m.

 

After 2 hours of hiking between roads and vineyards you will participate in the guided tour of the estate and tasting of 2 wins.

Château Grand-Puch, StGermain-du-Puch 

  The Château du Grand Puch is located in Saint-Germain-du-Puch 15 minutes from Créon and Libourne, 30 minutes from Bordeaux.

 

 The Château du Grand Puch, magnificent family wine estate, is located in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers Bordeaux Supérieur appellation with Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon. This impressive private castle from the end of 13th century is full of history. From far you will see its towers and towers dominating vines, fields, meadows and woods on 190 hectares. Its tasting room-museum is spacious and has kept all its authenticity.

After having traveled together paths and vines for an hour it is in the wood of the Château that will continue the Serenity Circuit (3h) by the relaxation-stretching course. The Serenity Break (2h) will begin first by the classe. Then, after the class time, you will participate in the guided tour of the estate followed by the tasting of two wines.

       Château Richelieu, Fronsac

The Château Richelieu is located 5 minutes from Libourne, 5 minutes from ST Emilion and 1 hour from Bordeaux.

 

This beautiful vineyard is located on the right bank in Canon Fronsac appellation with Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec. The Château Richelieu is one of the first properties acquired by Cardinal Richelieu in the 17th century: a very beautiful 12th century Carthusian monastery, in blond stones and with openings in bull's-eye, also has a 13th century building. Then, the Château was sold in 1766 to his grandnephew.

 

After having traveled together paths and vines for an hour it is in this magnificent park that will continue the Serenity Circuit by the course of relaxation-stretching. Then, after class time, you will take part in the one-hour guided tour of the estate and admire their ultra modern winery. The tasting wines will take place while admiring the view overlooking their vineyard.

 

Meeting place at the house of wines of Fronsac, 15 min before the departure

      Château La Grave, Fronsac

 Château La Grave is located in Fronsac, on the right bank, 5 minutes from Libourne, 15 minutes from Saint Emilion and 45 minutes from Bordeaux.

This family and pioneering property is in the Fronsac and Canon-Fronsac appellation with Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec of grape variety. This wine estate has in fact engaged in bio-dynamic agriculture since 1989 thanks to Mr. Paul Barre. 

Now his son Gabriel and Edith, his wife, who took up the torch in 2017. From their vineyards there is a superb view on the Dordogne's river and also the church of St. Martin of the 12th century.
 

After having traveled together paths and vines for an hour it is in these hilly landscapes that will continue the Serenity Circuit by the relaxation-stretching class. The Serenity Break (2h) will begin with this class. Then, you will participate in the one-hour guided tour of the estate followed by the wine tasting.

       Château La Rose Perrière and its   cooperage, Lussac

The Château La Rose Perrière is located in Lussac on the right bank, 10 minutes from Saint-Emilion, 15 minutes from Libourne and 1 hour from Bordeaux.

Originally the name of the Château La Rose Perrière is the stream called "La Perrière" ("Pierrière" - quarries of stones). Jean-Luc Sylvain, cooper as his father, bought the property in 2003 then renovated it. Now   is a magnificent property. It produces a wine in the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru appellation and 5 other wines in the Lussac-Saint-Emilion appellation: in red (Merlot, Cabernet Franc), in white (Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, Muscadelle) and also in rosé, with 1400 ac (mainly clay-limestone soil). The property has a very large park with a pond and a view that invites you to stroll.
The visit of the Château is combined with the cooperage Sylvain: the profession of cooper will have no more secret for you!

 

We will start with the visit of the cooperage (1h) located 10 minutes from the property then that of the Château with the tasting of two wines (1h) and we will finish with the relaxation-stretching session in the park of the Château (1h ). For this touristic site there will an extra charge of 2 €    by  person, the payment will be made on site.

     Château Moulin Pey-Labrie, fronsac

  The Château Moulin Pey-Labrie is located in Fronsac on the right bank, 5 minutes from Libourne, 15 minutes from Saint Emilion and 45 minutes from Bordeaux.
Bénédicte and Grégoire bought the Château Pey-Labrie Mill in 1988 and they produce organic wines since 2013. The property is in the Fronsac and Canon-Fronsac appellation (Merlot 95% and Malbec 5%) and these two passionate winemakers harvest by hand. Michel Rolland, famous oenologis,t helped them for the first vintage.

 

The beautiful garden terrace is offers an unobstructed view on their vineyards and the surrounding area. Between art and wine, the barrel cellar is very original. There is a poster exhibition by Michel Tolmer who is also at the origin of some labels of their bottles.

        Château Gaby, Fronsac

Le Château Gaby is located in Fronsac on the right bank 5 minutes from Libourne, 15 minutes from St Emilion and 1 hour from Bordeaux.

Château Gaby is a very beautiful wine estate in the Canon Fronsac appellation with Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. They made their first certified organic harvest in 2018.

 

This 18 th century private château and its estate offers one of the most beautiful panoramas in the region: its park and its tasting room, mixing two styles, dominate the vineyard and the Dordogne.

The Serenity Break (2h) will begin with the relaxation-stretching class. Then, you will participate in the one-hour guided tour of the estate followed by the wine tasting.

        The mill of dam, Porchères

The mill of dam Porchères is located 30 minutes from Libourne and Saint Emilion and 1 hour from Bordeaux.

 

The mill of the dam of Porchères located in the north Libournais is nestled in lush greenery on the edge of the Isle. This historical monument is located in the Natura 2000 zone and in the World Biosphere Reserve (UNESCO) of the Dordogne basin. This magnificent stone building built between 1847 and 1850 is listed as a Historic Monument. All the machines that were needed to process wheat into flour are intact, which makes this place an exception.

After exploring the banks of the Isle for an hour, the Serenity Circuit (3h) will continue with the relaxation-stretching class. The Serenity Break (2h) will begin first by the class. Then you will take part in the guided tour of the mill.

Possibility to picnic on the banks of Isle or to take a meal at the Guinguette mill.
