I organize outdoor sporting tours for a reconnection with nature and to discover the regional heritage. Take a break and visit the region of Bordeaux in a new way : hiking, walking, relaxation-stretching classes at the Château, or on the banks of rivers. Then, you could do a guided tour of the touristic site.

This tour it's 2-hour hike, including a guided tour of the site of your choice. From 12 years old.

This tour is ideal if you like walking. You will discover the natural and historical heritage of the Gironde. You will appreciate the landscapes of the Bordeaux vineyards, the banks of the Isle or the Dordogne. After this commented hike of 2 hours (about 8km/4,2mi), this circuit will end with the guided tour of one hour of the tourist site of your choice. If you choose a château you will enjoy a wine tasting (with a extra charge for specific châteaux). The children will be under the responsibility of the parents.

   Château Coutet, Saint-Emilion

Château Coutet is located in Saint-Emilion, 10 minutes from Libourne and 45 minutes from Bordeaux.

 

This beautiful property has belonged to the same family for more than 400 years : Alain and Xavier David Beaulieu run the estate in the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru appellation (Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec). In organic farming (certification in 2012). Harvesting is done manually and part of the vineyard is worked on the draft horse.

 

On the lower part, is the castle overlooking a beautiful park. There is also a charming chapel. And on the hill we discover a magnificent view several tens of kilometers around. We could distinguish the village of Saint-Emilion, he famoust mediaval city classified world heritage of UNESCO. 

 

After 2 hours of hiking between paths and vineyards where you will also discover the village of Saint-Emilion, you will participate in the visit of the estate and the tasting of 2 wines.

 Château du Grand-Puch, 

Saint-Germain-du-Puch

The Grand Puch castle is located in Saint-Germain-du-Puch 30 minutes from Saint Emilion and 20 minutes from Libourne and 30 minutes from Bordeaux.

 

Château du Grand Puch, a magnificent family winery, is located in the heart of Entre-Deux-Mers in the Bordeaux Supérieur appellation (Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon) and sustainable agriculture. This impressive private castle dating from the end of the 13th century is full of history. From far you will see its towers and towers overlooking the vineyards and has a beautiful warren. Its tasting room-museum is spacious and has kept all its authenticity.

 

After having traveled together paths and vines for two hours you will participate in the guided tour of one hour of the estate followed by the tasting of two wines.

             Château Richelieu, Fronsac

The Château Richelieu is located 5 minutes from Libourne, 5 minutes from ST Emilion and 1 hour from Bordeaux.

 

This beautiful vineyard is located on the right bank in Canon Fronsac appellation with Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, in sustainable agriculture. The Château Richelieu is one of the first properties acquired by Cardinal Richelieu in the 17th century: a very beautiful 12th century Carthusian monastery, in blond stones with openings in bull's-eye, also has a 13th century building.


After 2 hours of hiking between roads and vineyards you will participate in the visit of the estate and the tasting of 2 wines in their ultra modern winery, while admiring the view overlooking their vineyard. An extra charge of 2 € per adult will be paid on site, thank you for your understanding.

     Château Moulin Pey-Labrie, Fronsac

  The Château Moulin Pey-Labrie is located in Fronsac on the right bank, 5 minutes from Libourne, 15 minutes from Saint Emilion and 45 minutes from Bordeaux.
 

Bénédicte and Grégoire bought the Château Pey-Labrie Mill in 1988 and they produce organic wines since 2013. The property is in the Fronsac and Canon-Fronsac appellation (Merlot 95% and Malbec 5%).
The beautiful garden terrace is offers an unobstructed view on their vineyards and the surrounding area. Between art and wine, the barrel cellar is very original. There is a poster exhibition by Michel Tolmer who is also at the origin of some labels of their bottles.

 

After a walk for 2 hours, you will participate in the one-hour guided tour of the estate followed by the wine tasting.

  La Rose Perrière is located in Lussac on the right bank, 10 minutes from Saint-Emilion, 15 minutes from Libourne and 1 hour from Bordeaux.

 

Originally the name of the Château La Rose Perrière is the stream called "La Perrière" ("Pierrière" - quarries of stones).

Jean-Luc Sylvain, cooper as his father, bought the property in 2003 then renovated it. Now is a magnificent property.

 

It produces a wine in the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru appellation and 5 other wines in the Lussac-Saint-Emilion appellation: in red (Merlot, Cabernet Franc), in white (Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, Muscadelle) and also in rosé, with 1400 ac (mainly clay-limestone soil).

 

The property has a very large park with a pond and a view that invites you to stroll. 

After a walk of  2 hours you will participate in a one hour guided tour of the estate with a wine tasting of two wines (there is a extra charge of 2€ by person).

Château La Rose Perrière, Lussac

  Château La Grave is located in Fronsac, on the right bank, 5 minutes from Libourne, 15 minutes from Saint Emilion and 45 minutes from Bordeaux.

This family and pioneering property is in the Fronsac and Canon-Fronsac appellation with Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec of grape variety. This wine estate has in fact engaged in bio-dynamic agriculture since 1989 thanks to Mr. Paul Barre. He learned with his father and qualified staff and also from Michel Rolland, a famous oenologist. He went to the high school agro-winery in Montagne but he dit not have the same vision  for his futur job, so he lelt it

 

. Now his son Gabriel and Edith, his wife, who took up the torch in 2017. From their vineyards there is a superb view on the Dordogne's river and also the church of St. Martin of the 12th century.
 

After having traveled together paths and vines for an hour it is in these hilly landscapes that will continue the Serenity Circuit by the relaxation-stretching class. The Serenity Break (2h) will begin with this class. Then, you will participate in the one-hour guided tour of the estate followed by the wine tasting.

   Château La Grave, Fronsac

Le Château Gaby is located in Fronsac on the right bank 5 minutes from Libourne, 15 minutes from St Emilion and 1 hour from Bordeaux.

Château Gaby is a very beautiful wine estate in the Canon Fronsac appellation with Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. They made their first certified organic harvest in 2018.

 

This 18 th century private château and its estate offers one of the most beautiful panoramas in the region: its park and its tasting room, mixing two styles, dominate the vineyard and the Dordogne.

          Château Gaby, Fronsac

The Moulin du Barrage Porchères is located 30 minutes from Libourne and Saint Emilion and 1 hour from Bordeaux.

This mill is located in the north Libournais is nestled in lush greenery on the edge of the Isle. This historical monument is located in the Natura 2000 zone and in the World Biosphere Reserve (UNESCO) of the Dordogne basin.

This magnificent stone building built between 1847 and 1850 is listed as a Historic Monument. All the machines that were needed to process wheat into flour are intact, which makes this place an exception.
 

After exploring the edges of the Isle and the surrounding area for 2 hours, you will participate in the guided tour of the mill.

Go to the mill parking, 15 minutes before departure. Possibility to picnic on the banks or to eat at the Guinguette mill

      The Mill of Dam, Porchères

Terr'a Safran is located in Nérigean 30 minutes from Bordeaux, 20 minutes from Saint Emilion and 15 minutes from Libourne.

 

It is on the family wine estate, located in Entre-deux-Mers that Lauriane cultivates 100% natural saffron and 100% French. Few people know this saffron, where the flowers are picked one by one in October then sorted. These are the filaments that are pick-up and found in the recipes.

 

After a walk of 2 hours between paths and vineyards you will discover the history of saffron and its secrets. Then you will be able to see the craft and original products in their shop.

   The Farm of Saffron, Terr'a Safran, Nérigean

The farm of Cabestan is located in Lavagnac 30 minutes from Libourne, 15 mn from Saint-Emilion and 1 hours from Bordeaux.

 

The fisherman's farm Cabestan is a beautiful building dating from 1880 or so. This farm is not a farm like the others, here we fish lamprey, queen of Lavagnac capital of the Lamprey.

Located on the banks of the Dordogne and bordering vineyards, the lamprey farm is a resplendent place. David, professional fisherman since 1994, and Sabine concoct products and dishes, like the famous lamprey in Bordeaux, since 2012

After exploring the banks of the Dordogne and the vineyard for 2 hours you will participate in the guided tour of the farm (1 hour).

   Farm of the Lamprey of Cabestan, Lavagnac

      The great loop of Fronsac

The Great Loop Fronsac is located 5 minutes from Libourne, 15 minutes from Saint Emilion and 1 hour from Bordeaux.

 


For 2 hours you will walk paths and vineyards through beautiful landscapes. You will overflow from Fronsac via Saint-Michel de Fronsac and see beautiful properties.
The Grande Boucle will end by passing by the road of ridges which dominates the Dordogne.

Then we will be welcomed by the House of the Wines of Fronsac. You will discover the wines of the châteaux in the Fronsac and Canon Fronsac appellation by in a wine tasting.
