Forme & Châteaux also organizes  urban sport circuits to keep in  shape all year long. It is :

Stretching, cardio and fitness are your allies to be fit and at any age. You have a sporting activity or you want to start one. You do not want to go in a fitness center or you need to be motivated. So follow me! Gymenville is the partner for you. I propose you two options, the classes take place to Libourne: on the quays, in city center, in public gardens. In a group or in private. 1 / Gymenville is ideal if you already have a sports activity or if you want to take one. This one-hour session focuses on dynamic physical training. After a warm up will be held a training workshop: perfect combination between muscle strengthening and cardio. The course will end with relaxation.

The sessions take place on Libourne: on the quays, Place Joffre, downtown and using the urban environment. Meet Abel Surchamps, City Hall.

Gymenville is also private classes:

at home or outdoors (in Libournais and 20kms around). Whether for fitness, for toning, muscle building, weight loss or for your well-being I put at your disposal all my experience. Cycling or for cardio it is possible (jogging). I develop personalized programs and I can advise you to have a better lifestyle.

1h = 30 €

5 class   145 €

10 class  270 €

20 class 440 € (so 22 € one class)

Forme & Châteaux organizes several stretching classes on Libourne's quays facing the sunset : 1h30 of well-being and show guaranteed ! 100% relaxation 100% serenity

Welcome to beginners and children from 12 years old.

Provide : a comfortable outfit, a towel or a rug and water.  

Come live a magical moment.

 

Tariff : 1 adult 10 € - children 5 € (from 12 to 17 years old)
